The challenge with the land at Applegrove Farm was it’s unique location within greenbelt land, adjacent to the Cotswold ANOB. We were commissioned by our client to design a new dwelling to provide private accommodation for the client, together with commercial spaces for the adjacent equestrian business. After detailed negotiations as part of the planning process, full planning permission was obtained in 2019

Thank you for your valued assistance with the application, it has been involved and emotional at times but thankfully we had you to keep us focused and on target.

We aim to be moved in by Christmas and it goes without saying that you are invited to the house-warming to see what you have created.
